Gold Mine Team Building activity is a fast-paced, team building simulation that allows teams to experience communication issues, resource management, and team dynamics common to the workplace. The simulation focuses on collaboration as its main outcome and links to quality, leadership, systems, communications and a variety of other organizational issues. Experiential, visual, and interactive, it creates a positive learning environment in a high-impact and memorable way.
It is a great way to kickoff a team building session, a leadership development course, a program on thinking or personality styles, etc.
Group is divided into sub-groups and nominate a team leader. Then, team leaders will collect the instruction sheets along with required resource from the expedition leader. Teams will have 15 minutes to discuss for their adventure journey with available resources. As the activity starts, their will be a lots of thrill, exitements, colloboration, fun and team work.
We conduct as a full-day program within a conference or as a specific training event on team building, leadership, collaboration or even for celebration events. This program demonstrates the true value of cross-functional / interdepartmental team work & process improvement. It gives an opportunities for powerful linkage and interactive discussions focused on leading organizations, motivating people, risk-taking, communications and systems thinking.
