A Tribe is a larger cluster or grouping of people in close proximity but not fully interdependent upon each other. A tribe is between 20 to 150 people. Any bigger than that and the tribe automatically divides into smaller tribes, as a natural order of unconscious association process. This is how the human brain evolves and develops for Teamworking.

The Tribe Survivor Team Building activity is a unifying activity that demonstrate the importance of each of team members and provides a sense of belonging. Tribal Survivor teambuilding challenge is about adventure and imagination beyond team building. The focus of our tribal survivor challenges is on effective teamwork, innovation, creativity, problem solving, trust, communication, freedom of expression.

Tribal Survivor challenge is designed to promote specific aspects of effective interaction and teambuilding. Results are achieved through action, delegation voluntary risk taking and participation. These tribal survivor challenges are fun, energetic challenges beyond team building. Key Learning Outcomes are:
