Executive Coaching Studio, through a combination of coaching, personality assessments, role plays, assignments, action planning, projects, and solutions will assist to make those tough decisions and to you to overcome the challenges. Comprehensive Coaching Program
The Comprehensive Coaching Program is an eighteen session model focused on customized leadership development that partners with the leader as they grow in their role. Following the comprehensive coaching program, we offer "tune-up" sessions either bi-monthly or quarterly to ensure you stay on track!
Sometimes budget plays a deciding factor and at Sieger Executive Coaching we want to make it work for you. With this in mind we have a shorter coaching program that is facilitated as a 4, 6, or 8 session model with a duration of 2 - 3 days.
